Saving Passwords (for Absence Management)

You can streamline your ability to log in to your Absence Management account through the Aesop Calendar link (located within the Jobulator app). To do this, you will need to save your Absence Management account information within the browser of your device.

Safari is typically used for Apple iOS devices, and Google Chrome is typically used with Android devices. The following steps will provide guidelines for each browser.

Safari

Please follow these steps to save your Absence Management User Name and PIN number on your mobile Safari app (iOS Devices).

Open the Settings on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to the Passwords and Accounts settings.

Turn on the "AutoFill Passwords" option.

Once AutoFill is set, your Absence Management credentials should be saved automatically in the Safari browser; then, each time you go to log into Absence Management through your Jobulator app's "Aesop Calendar" tab, you will just need to hit Sign In. 

Google Chrome

Please follow these steps to save your Absence Management User Name and PIN number on your mobile Google Chrome app.

Open the Google Chrome app on your device and navigate to the Absence Management login page. From here, you will select the three vertical dots in the upper hand portion of the browser.

This will produce a dropdown screen of options. Select Settings from this dropdown.

Next, tap Passwords and make sure both "Save Passwords" is turned On and "Auto-Sign-in" is checked.

Navigate out of Settings, back to the Absence Management login page, and enter your login information. Then, click Sign In.

Once you sign in to your account, Chrome should prompt you to Save your password, and you should agree to save your information for this page. This will then allow those credentials to be auto-entered when you attempt to log into Absence Management from your Jobulator app.
