| Evaluations | We evaluate accessibility compliance using the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) WCAG 2.0 Level AA and WAI-ARIA 1.0 guidelines. This testing and validation are incorporated into our product development process, ensuring that all new features and functionality meet these important standards. This means the accessibility of our solutions is being continually enhanced with each new update. |

We believe that this policy will allow us to best meet the needs of the education community in maintaining and improving compliance with regulations such as sections 504 & 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
