Inactive User Error

What does this mean?

The "Inactive User" error indicates that the email address and PIN combination you entered to activate Jobulator is either incorrect or inactive. 

How do I fix it?

We recommend you first ensure that you used the correct email address and PIN. The system uses your Absence Management PIN to activate the Jobulator program, so Jobulator will say your login information is invalid if your Absence Management account is also inactive. 

With this in mind, try to log in to your Absence Management homepage to test your PIN number. If you are able to log in, it is likely that your account is active.

If, however, you cannot log in to the Absence Management system, you will need to contact your Absence Management administrator regarding the status of your Absence Management account.
