Inactive User Error

What does this mean?

This message alerts you to the fact that the email address and PIN combination that you are entering to activate your Jobulator is either not correct or not active.

How do I fix it?

Please double check that you are using the correct email address and PIN. You can test your PIN number by logging into the Absence Management homepage. If you are able to log in, it is likely that your account is active. If you are not able to log in, please contact your Absence Management administrator regarding the status of your Absence Management account. Since we use your Absence Management pin to activate the program, Jobulator will say your login information is invalid if your Absence Management account is not active.

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please contact support through our web form.  In the email you send us, please include

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Absence Management Phone number
  3. Your old email address
  4. Your new Email address.
