Updating Your Billing Information

Your Jobulator's billing information can be updated at any time via the "My Account" page at www.jobulator.com.


This page will prompt you enter the email address you gave during the sign up process, as well as your PIN number. Enter this information and click Login.


Once logged in, you will find your personal information, the subscription expiration date, your districts which have allowed us to offer you Jobulator, and the option to Change Plan/Payment Info. 

To update your subscription, click the Change Plan/Payment Info link.


You will then see three options under the Update Subscription screen: Switch Your Plan, Update Billing Info, and Cancel Subscription. Click on the Update Billing Info button.


You will then be asked to verify that you want to continue.

Jobulator must cancel your recurring subscription and then return you to the payment page in order to update the billing details. 

If you wish to proceed, please verify this by clicking the Update Billing Info button.


This selection will allow you to enter your new billing information, and once complete, a summary of this process will display. You may print this receipt for your records.
