Frontline’s Web Accessibility Policy

Frontline Education remains committed to supporting the education community and providing the best solutions possible. To that end, we continue to improve the accessibility of our systems and work to ensure that they meet all state, federal, and international guidelines for accessibility and ease-of-use.

  • Frontline Education partners with an outside firm to perform independent audits of our products, furthering our knowledge and understanding for potential areas of improvement.
  • We evaluate accessibility compliance using the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) WCAG 2.0 Level AA and WAI-ARIA 1.0 guidelines. This testing and validation are incorporated into our product development process, ensuring that all new features and functionality meet these important standards. This means the accessibility of our solutions is being continually enhanced with each new update.
  • We are committed to improving the accessibility of our products, including developing remediation plans to update features and functionality on previously released websites and software, and working with our clients to find solutions that address barriers to access consistent with WCAG and WAI-ARIA guidelines as they are brought to our attention.

We believe that this policy will allow us to best meet the needs of the education community in maintaining and improving compliance with regulations such as sections 504 & 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
