How do I renew?
The Jobulator app is in the process of being decommissioned. Unfortunately, subscriptions are unable to be renewed.
We appreciate your loyalty to the Jobulator app, and we hope you love the (free) Frontline Mobile app just as much. The Frontline Mobile app offers most (if not all) of the same features as Jobulator. You should receive audible notifications for new jobs from the Frontline Mobile app.
The Frontline Mobile app can be downloaded to your phone in the App/Play Store. The app icon is purple. Once downloaded, the Frontline Mobile app uses the same login information as your online Absence Management account.

How do I cancel?
To cancel, you can do one of two things:
- Email us at jobulatorsupport@frontlineed.com, and we can cancel your subscription for you.
- Log in to your Jobulator account, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan/Payment Info. Click Cancel, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
How can I get a refund?
We are offering prorated refunds for annual subscriptions and refunds on your last payment for monthly subscriptions. To request your refund, please email us at jobulatorsupport@frontlineed.com.
Does the Jobulator app still work with my district?
The Jobulator app will still be usable until December 31, 2024, for substitutes with active subscriptions. The Jobulator app, however, will not be supported. This means you can continue to use the Jobulator app as normal, but if it crashes or you come across an issue, we will not be able to assist. If your subscription is expired, unfortunately, you are unable to use the Jobulator app, as we are no longer authorizing subscription renewals.
