Some users may encounter an issue where they do not receive alerts for upcoming jobs, and if this occurs, you may need to make a few adjustments to your device's "Do Not Disturb" settings.
An activated "Do Not Disturb" setting (for both Android and iPhone) restricts the reception of these job alerts, and it is often the most common reason for the issue.
iPhone
Access the Settings section of your device and select the Do Not Disturb option.
You will see both a "Scheduled" and "Do Not Disturb" setting. (Take note that the Do Not Disturb option may be labeled as "Manual" in your phone settings.) Ensure the button for each is turned off (to allow for the reception of alerts). This will enable Jobulator to send you auditory alerts and notifications.
Android
Navigate to the Settings section of your device and select the Sounds and Vibration option.
You will see a "Do not disturb" option within this section.
Locate the setting and ensure the button is turned off (to allow for the reception of alerts). This will enable Jobulator to send you auditory alerts and notifications.
